Alive and Kicking
Overview: The "Alive and Kicking" program aims to achieve a balance between human rights and responsibilities towards the universe, instilling these values in children aged 5 to 8. The program runs for 10 days, with each session lasting 3 hours, totaling 30 hours of training.
Program Content: The program addresses the following values and concepts:
Human Rights and Responsibilities:
- Rights: God created humans and made the universe subservient to them, endowed them with an unlimited intellect, and provided physical blessings and capabilities for their service.
- Responsibilities: Humans must reflect and ponder the universe, maintain their health and well-being, and care for creatures to preserve environmental balance.
Program Objectives: By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Self-Organization: Children will learn to organize their priorities and manage their activities effectively.
- Healthy Lifestyle: Children will adopt a healthy lifestyle, including nutritious eating, regular exercise, and balancing rest with activity.
- Discerning Between Harmful and Beneficial: Children will distinguish between harmful and beneficial practices and choices.
- Reflecting on the Universe: Children will contemplate the universe and its creatures, understanding that everything has a purpose and was not created in vain.
